Become a member of our community. Membership in the DEC for anyone under 18 years of age is only $10 per year. As a youth member, you will receive the following benefits:

If you are already a member and have not received your membership card or would like a new one, fill in the form below and our Youth Coordinator will send one to you. Membership cards are laminated and include your name, membership number, birthday, contact information, and the names of your parents or guardians.

Emergency Cards

Members can also receive Emergency Cards. These are laminated cards for your horse that can be posted in your barn or trailer. Fill in the form below and our Youth Coordinator will send one to you. You may request one for each horse you own.
