Welcome

Welcome to the Delaware Equine Council Foundation. We are an independent, non-profit organization, dedicated to promoting scholarship in the agricultural and equine fields of study.

Each year, the Foundation, supported by the Delaware Equine Council, awards scholarships to a few high-achieving students, pursuing their education in fields that will enhance the equine or agricultural industry.

2023 awards will be presented at the annual Scholarship Dinner in March at the Harrington Moose Lodge.

Tax-deductible donations are raised throughout the year from our many sponsors. Essays are solicited from scholarship candidates in the fall and winter. The foundation board selects the recipients and awards the scholarships at the annual banquet in March or April.
