Membership Benefits
There are many benefits to DEC Membership. You will become part of a community with a common cause, creating a unified voice to protect, preserve and promote Delaware’s equine industry through leadership, service, and education.
Once you join the Delaware Equine Council, you automatically gain some of the benefits of membership in the American Horse Council.
As a member, you also gain access to discounts on liability insurance. rental cars, marketing tools, communication tools, etc.
Individual Adult
- A membership for a single person 18 or over that would like to get involved.
- $25.00 annually $250.00 lifetime.
- Receive a DEC newsletter by email.
- May submit articles for inclusion in the DEC newsletter.
- Have voting right of one (1).

Individual Youth
- A membership for a single person under 18 that would like to get involved.
- $10.00 annually.
- Receive a DEC newsletter by email.
- May submit articles for inclusion in the DEC newsletter.
- No voting right.

Organizational
- A membership for a non-commercial organization that would like to partner with the DEC.
- $30.00 annually or $300.00 lifetime.
- Receive a DEC newsletter by email.
- Link on DEC website
- Website/email/address listing
- List events, meetings, shows, specials in the DEC newsletter.
- May submit articles for inclusion in the DEC newsletter.
- Have voting right of one (1).

Commercial
- A membership for a commercial organization that would like to partner with the DEC.
- $40.00 annually or $400.00 lifetime.
- Receive a DEC newsletter by email.
- Link on DEC website
- Website/email/address listing
- Business card ad listed at least once a year in the DEC newsletter.
- List events, meetings, shows, specials in the DEC newsletter.
- May purchase ads in newsletter, at a reduced rate.
- Opportunity to co-sponsor projects with the DEC.
- May submit articles for inclusion in the DEC newsletter.
- Have voting right of one (1)
